Not Giving Up Meat for Lent?

If your not doing the Ash Wednesday thing and giving up meat for lent then this recipe is for you. Sounds very tempting!
Marinated Pork Ribs in Chaminé White Wine, Garlic, Cortes de Cima Olive Oil and Chili Powder, accompanied by Black Pig Linguiça Migas (bread pudding with little sausages)
